Arduino parking sensor: HC-SR04, three LEDs and a beeper

An HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor measures the gap. Over 60 cm: green and quiet; 20–60 cm: yellow and beeps that speed up as you get closer; under 20 cm: red, and under 10 cm the beep stays on. Click the sensor and drag the distance. Open it and press Run: the sketch is inside the board (click the board, then Code). Every part, pin and resistor matches what you would build on a real breadboard; the guided build of the same name has the test sheet and hidden faults.
What is on the bench
11 parts, 17 wires, with a sketch (the program runs in the lab). Boards: Arduino Uno R3.
| Resistor | 3 |
|---|---|
| LED | 3 |
| Arduino Uno R3 | 1 |
| USB charger / port | 1 |
| Ultrasonic distance sensor | 1 |
| Active buzzer | 1 |

The project runs live inside the frame: readers can press buttons, turn knobs and read the meters.
