Solar fan, lights and phone charging on 12 V, under ₱15,000

A 100 W panel and a 12.8 V 30 Ah LiFePO4 battery run a 12 V fan through the night, two LED bulbs and phone charging, with no inverter: everything stays 12 V DC, so nothing is lost converting to 220 V and back. About 380 Wh stored, enough for a 15 W fan for 10 hours plus the lights. The 20 A controller has room for a second panel later. Every part is on the bench, and Buy all the parts (on the project strip, or Menu → Make) lists them with an estimated price and shop links. Estimates are for the Philippines; check each listing before you buy.
