Current-controlled voltage source

Ideal elements (theory) · Vout = r · Ic

Ideal CCVS (SPICE H), a transresistance: V(out+ − out−) = 1 kΩ × the current through the sense pair (in at the first pin). The sense pair is a perfect ammeter: zero volts across it. An element for circuit theory, not a part you can buy.
