Spot-welder control board
Battery spot-welder board · 12 V battery (7–15 V to run the gates) · MOSFET bank about 0.8 mΩ · pulse 12 ms · auto: fires 0.4 s after both probes touch the work · for 0.1–0.2 mm nickel strip on cells

Try it on the benchThe lab drops it on an empty bench and opens its datasheet card.

Ratings and limits
| Battery | 12 V lead-acid or 3S high-discharge LiPo, at least 7 V |
|---|---|
| Pulse | 12 ms (2–40 ms) |
| Peak current | several hundred amps: battery, cables and probes set it |
| Cables | 8 AWG or thicker, as short as possible |
How to use it
Welds nickel strip to 18650, 21700 and 32700 cells to make battery packs: a short, huge pulse melts a spot under each probe without heating the cell.
