8205A dual N-MOSFET
8205A dual N-channel MOSFET (TSSOP-8 on a carrier) · two FETs with their drains joined · 20 V · 6 A · about 25 mΩ each at V_GS = 4 V · the body diodes point opposite ways, so together they block both directions

Try it on the benchThe lab drops it on an empty bench and opens its datasheet card.

| V_GS | ±12 V |
How to use it
Two FETs back to back in the cell’s negative lead: one blocks discharge, the other blocks charge. Their drop (two × R_DS(on) × I) is what the DW01 reads as current.
